Due to the infrastructure of our service providers, your data may be processed on servers located abroad. In such cases, the transfer is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK on cross-border data transfers.

• Request information if it has been processed

• Request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
• Request its deletion or destruction within the conditions set out in the law
• Request that correction, deletion, and destruction operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred
• Object to a result against you arising from the analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems
• Request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

Applications are free of charge as a rule; however, if the process requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
